The Spirit in our Team

We are a small group of ordinary people who have each, in our own very different ways, found that a relationship with Jesus has made a quiet but profound difference to our lives. We are not theologians or professional Christians — we have our own doubts, our own complicated histories, and our own ongoing questions. What brings us together is a simple desire to create a space where those kinds of honest conversations can happen, and where nobody feels they have to have it all figured out to belong. If that resonates with you even a little, you are exactly the kind of person we made this for.

We are always looking for people to grow the Relational Hearts Project team, and we would love to hear from you — whoever you are and wherever you are in your life and faith.

We are not looking for polished presenters, theology graduates, or people with perfectly formed beliefs. We are looking for people who are genuine. That might mean you are someone with a deep and long-standing faith, or someone who is still working out what they believe, or someone who has walked away and is tentatively finding their way back. It might mean you have had a complicated relationship with the Church, or with God, or with both. None of that disqualifies you. In fact, it might be exactly what makes you right for this.

What matters to us is that you are honest, that you are open to others' stories as well as your own, and that something about this project stirs something in you — even if you cannot quite put it into words yet.

There are many ways to be part of what we are building: on camera, behind it, helping with the website, social media, administration, or simply being a thoughtful voice in the room. If any of this resonates, we would genuinely love to have a conversation.
